Love this small intimate business that greets you by first and last name. Always has my orders in stock no waiting for days till their delivery comes like the big box stores

We love Auburn Hills Pharmacy. The pharmacist is always super helpful. We started coming here because it was so close to our house, but we have continued our business here even when we moved much further away. Sometimes when we forget to contact our physicians for refills, the pharmacist has been willing to do this for us. They always work with us and the insurance to get everything covered.

The pharmacy was clean, safe, and the staff were very involved and great listeners. Unfortunately, I was unable to get my prescription filled, but it was due to insurance and billing issues, not because of an error on the pharmacy's end. They were helpful and cooperative, and guided me on what information to get from my insurance provider for getting it filled next time.

This is absolutely the best pharmacy to get your medication filled in the surrounding area of Auburn Hills Rochester Hills I could say as far as Royal oak not only does this pharmacy keep everything you need they will special order what you need it is always ready by the date that they give you they work really hard to make sure any issues are resolved. I recently moved to this area and within the past year tried so many different pharmacies this is the only one who without fail can fill my prescriptions monthly without any issues in the longest I've ever waited wasn't half an hour and there was probably four people waiting they're very fast they call you back they leave a voicemail if they call and miss you I mean great communication great service I could think of another paragraph on good things to say about this place. Until I can't anymore I will fill every prescription I ever get at this pharmacy. Also most importantly all covid precautions are followed and you can tell safety is a priority absolutely they do not allow customers inside you sit in your car they let you know hey you're next when I come to the door I'll put it in the basket. I appreciate them a lot.

Honestly anyone rating this less than 5 ⭐ has not dealt with big corporation pharmacies I guess. They are quick, straight forward and easy to communicate with. I can't say that about any other pharmacy I've been to, ever. I hope I never have to back to a big chain.

Best pharmacy ever. Don’t go to a corporate pharmacy like Kroger’s , meijer, cvs. Just go to a locally owned pharmacy. They actually care about you and make sure your medicine is in stock and try everything to make sure to get it. I will never be going back to a corporate owned pharmacy again after coming here
